We are part of the EuRyQa project which is staring in October 2022. The project aims to provide a unique European solution for Rydberg-based quantum computing, together with the first pan-European benchmarking and standardization of the technology. „Our team will contribute to the European project with its expertise in building, operating, and optimizing the performance of a Rydberg quantum computer, as well as the development of a hardware specific compiler“, say Professor Hans Peter Büchler and Professor Tilman Pfau (University of Stuttgart).
EuRyQa is assembling eleven partners from seven countries coordinated by the University of Strasbourg, building a European infrastructure for Rydberg Quantum Computing. The project is funded under the Horizon Europe programme by the European Union.
